I want to know how to make flower arrangements from florist ribbons?

How do you make tissue paper flowers?

I just saw a cool christmas craft on tv. White paper flowers on a styrofoam tree shape. Use some white branches randomly on the sides and place a single chocolate cupcake on the branch here and there. They also used the white flowers in a 2 big bowls on either side of the tree! Would look great on my table but I never made tissue paper flowers.

fake water for flower arrangements?

Well ok. i know not to touch it. I have the extra in a seperate cup and that is my tester. The real deal I wont even breathe on because I am afraid of ruining it.
